What Prince William and Kate Finally Decided About Prince George’s Education

Prince William and Kate Middleton have “come to an agreement” over Prince George, it has been revealed. Prince William and wife Kate, the Princess of Wales, have reportedly come to an agreement over where George’s next school should be.

The 11-year-old prince, who currently attends Lambrook School in Berkshire alongside his siblings, will follow in his father’s footsteps at Eton. Aston Villa fan Wills and Kate visited several schools with Eton and Marlborough College among those they were considering.

Despite Kate’s positive experience at Marlborough, the proximity of Eton to the family’s Windsor home has swung the Royal Family in Eton’s favour.

“It was like, ‘I know something and the people at Eton know something, but I’m not going to tell you’. That was after William and Kate visited Eton,” a royal source said in a chat with the Mail Online.

A source told the Mail that The Princess of Wales “spent quite a long time talking to two of the teachers there, including the Head of Drama.”

They revealed that she had made inquired about the “drama curriculum and extracurricular activities and what opportunities there might be for appearing in school plays”.

George, 11, is currently at Lambrook School in Berkshire, as are both his siblings, and is not due to start anywhere new until September 2026.
